In our world History class news reporting was a routine. Mr. Manus calls for the reporter of the day and the latter proceeds with his news. The reporter was then required to give his comments after his report. The news was about a strong typhoon that hit the country at that time causing serious damage to crops and property. Mr. Manus now demanded for his comments and appearing unprepared the reporter declared: " I hope President Macapagal would stop the typhoon". Shocked, the amused teacher retorted:
